CANADA • 2026 OPERATING CONTEXT
Confirm the product label and operating rules before you fly
Health Canada’s RPAS policy effective June 30, 2026 permits an RPAS to apply a currently registered end-use pesticide only when its label permits conventional aerial application and does not prohibit RPAS. All label directions and federal and provincial requirements still apply.

What information is needed for an accurate quote?
Provide your location, crop, approximate acreage, intended applications, timeline and any power, training, transport or financing needs. The final quote should identify the included aircraft, batteries, charging equipment, accessories and services.
Can I request an on-farm demonstration?
You can request one. The team will first review your operation and location, then confirm the demonstration format and availability that can be offered. Submitting a request does not guarantee a specific date or on-farm visit.
Can a drone apply any pesticide approved for aerial application?
