Notes
- The Utility Fast Charge Case is only for Insta360 X5 batteries. Batteries from other models should not be inserted and charged using this case.
- Do not charge batteries near flammable and inflammable materials.
- When using an external power source (wall outlet or power bank), disconnect the Utility Fast Charge Case once the batteries are fully charged.
- Do not touch the Utility Fast Charge Case charging points.
- Keep the battery slots and the USB-C charging port free from water dust, and other debris.
- Do not clean the Utility Fast Charge Case or the charging points with liquid products. Clean with a soft, dry cloth.
- Store the Utility Fast Charge Case in a dry and clean environment.

Free shipping is available across most Canadian provinces on orders of CAD $149 or more before tax.
Orders below CAD $149, remote postal codes, and shipments to NT, NU, and YT are charged live carrier rates at checkout.
Dispatch Time
Same-day dispatch is available for in-stock orders confirmed and paid before 4:00 p.m. EST, Monday to Friday.
Orders placed after cutoff, on weekends, or on public holidays ship the next business day.

Returns may be requested within 30 days from the official delivery date recorded by the carrier.

Restocking Fee
