Overview

Zenmuse S1 is DJI's first spotlight designed for multi-payload drone platforms, compatible with Matrice 350 RTK and Matrice 300 RTK. Utilizing the LEP technology, it offers high brightness and long illumination distance, and supports multiple lighting modes. This makes it ideal for public safety, emergency rescue, inspection, and other nighttime operations.

Tips

1. Download and read the safety guidelines and user manual from the DJI official website before using for the first time.

2. Using the spotlight at night may result in obstacle avoidance errors. You can disable obstacle avoidance as needed and operate the aircraft and spotlight in relatively open and spacious areas.

3. When using Zenmuse S1, do not look directly at the spotlight from a close distance to avoid potential harm. Please ensure safety.

4. Do not touch the spotlight lens coating directly with your hands or scratch it with hard objects, as this may reduce light output efficiency and affect luminous flux and illuminance.

Returns & Exchanges

Eligible 14-Day Returns

Eligible unopened and unused consumer products may be returned within 14 calendar days from the in-store purchase date or carrier-confirmed delivery date, subject to an approved RMA and all policy conditions.

Item Condition

To qualify under the standard return policy, eligible items must be unused, unopened, and undamaged, with original packaging, accessories, manuals, and included components.

Proof of Purchase

Proof of purchase and an approved RMA are required before sending or bringing back an eligible return.

Opened Items

Opened, activated, registered, installed, configured, flown, or otherwise used products are not eligible for change-of-mind returns or exchanges. SpeedyDrone does not offer a general opened-product return or restocking-fee program.

Final sale: Final-sale and non-returnable categories include enterprise or agriculture drones and payloads, Antigravity drones, digital or activation products, protection plans, licences, gift cards, CPO or open-box items, repair parts, and other products identified in the full policy. Eligible defect and warranty cases follow the published policy.

Pre-orders and backorders: Orders containing pre-order or backordered items ship once available unless otherwise arranged.
