- Use only official Insta360 batteries. Damage caused by third-party batteries voids warranty.
- Allow batteries to cool to ambient temperature before charging. Charging above 40°C may cause swelling, leakage, overheating or permanent damage.
- Do not expose the battery to liquids. If submerged, discontinue use immediately and dispose properly after drying. Dried batteries must not be reused.
- Avoid using or storing batteries in extreme temperatures. Prolonged exposure to high/low temperatures may degrade battery life and reduce runtime. Recommended storage conditions: 14ºF to 95ºF (-10°C to 35°C) for up to 3 months at <75% RH.
- Never store batteries in fully discharged state to prevent irreversible cell damage from over-discharge. Recharge every 3 months to maintain optimal performance.
