A docked deployment is more than “does Matrice 4D support Remote ID?”

DJI's current documentation treats Dock 3, Matrice 4D or 4TD, DJI RC Plus 2 Enterprise, firmware and FlightHub 2 as connected parts of the operating environment.

None of that documentation is a Canadian Remote ID declaration. It simply shows why future evidence would need to match the exact deployment rather than the aircraft name alone.

Owning DJI Dock 3 or a Matrice 4D Series aircraft does not by itself authorize BVLOS or remote operations in Canada.
