Which movement modes does X Go have?
X Go has six modes: walking, speed walking, uphill, downhill, upstairs and downstairs. It does not include cycling or running mode.
How far can X Go assist on one battery?
Hypershell states up to 15 km per battery. Actual assisted range depends on the mode, route, pace, load and conditions. One Intelligent Battery is included.
Is X Go waterproof?
X Go has an IP54 rating for dust and splashes. It is not designed for submersion; follow the user manual for wet-weather use.

Eligible 14-Day Returns
Eligible consumer products may be returned within 14 calendar days from the in-store purchase date or carrier-confirmed delivery date, subject to an approved RMA and all published policy conditions.
Item Condition
Eligible items must be unopened, unused, unactivated, unregistered, and unbound where applicable, with original packaging, accessories, manuals, and included components.
Proof of Purchase
Proof of purchase and an approved RMA are required before sending or bringing back an eligible return.
Opened or Used Items
Opened, activated, registered, bound, installed, configured, flown, or otherwise used products are not eligible for change-of-mind returns or exchanges. SpeedyDrone does not offer a general opened-product return or restocking-fee program.
