Compatible sources support up to DCI 4K/60fps, 10-bit HDR through the transceiver’s main-unit HDMI or DP connection. Check the full signal chain, from camera to display. Camera, monitor and rig accessories are separate.
Bring your own screen.
A supported phone or tablet can connect by cable to the receiver for monitoring in the DJI Ronin app. Choose the connection for your device. Tablet and mobile-device cable are separate.
Make room for SDI.
The Expansion Accessory Kit adds an Expansion Plate and a cage for a more involved rig. Use it when your camera or monitor needs SDI, and check the port and format requirements before building your setup. A transceiver is required separately.

Which DJI SDR Transmission 2 configuration should I choose?
Choose the Combo if you need two transceivers for a new camera-to-monitor link. Choose a single unit to add to an existing SDR Transmission 2 setup. Choose the Expansion Accessory Kit when your rig needs SDI connectivity and mounting hardware.
Can one single unit provide a complete wireless link?
No. A wireless link needs an SDR Transmission 2 transceiver at both ends. One unit can act as the transmitter or receiver, but it cannot perform both roles simultaneously.
Does the Expansion Accessory Kit include a transceiver?
No. The kit contains an Expansion Plate, Transceiver Cage, cold shoe adapter, D-TAP to USB-C power cable and hex key. Buy the transceiver separately or use one from your Combo.
Does the Combo include everything needed to start shooting?
The Combo supplies two transceivers, two cold shoe adapters, two NP-F battery adapters and two firmware update cables. Cameras, monitors, operating batteries or PD adapters, and any additional connection cables must be planned separately. The firmware update cable is not the separately sold DP video cable.
Can I monitor with a phone or tablet?
Yes, with a supported mobile device and the DJI Ronin app. Connect the device by a suitable cable to the receiver. Check device compatibility before choosing your monitoring setup; the mobile-device cable is separate.
Do I need the Kit for HDMI monitoring?
The transceiver has its own HDMI and DP connections, so the Expansion Accessory Kit is not required just to use those ports. Choose the Kit if you need its SDI connection or mounting hardware. Supported formats depend on the ports and connected devices.
What power source should I prepare?
Plan a compatible NP-F battery, supported gimbal power connection or USB-C PD supply. For PD operation, DJI specifies an adapter rated at 65 W or above. The included NP-F adapter is not a battery.
