Before you choose your bundle
Is the Neo 2 a Fly More Combo?
No. The Neo 2 is the Drone Only version, with two additional Neo 2 batteries supplied as bundle items. The Fly More wording on its soft case describes the case model, not an upgraded Neo 2 aircraft package.
Which Neo 2 soft case is included?
The AEROVAULT Soft Case for DJI Neo 2 Fly More Combo is included. This is the Fly More case, not the Motion Fly More case.
What changes between the Avata versions?
The RC 2 Fly More version includes DJI RC 2. The Motion Fly More version includes Goggles N3 and RC Motion 3. The Neo 2, extra batteries, cases, protection accessories and gift remain included with either version.
Which case has the Lifetime Limited Warranty?
The included Avata 360 hard case carries the Lifetime Limited Warranty, subject to its terms. This label does not extend that warranty to the Neo 2 soft case or electronics.

Pre-order, backorder, special-order, out-of-stock, and unavailable items are not eligible for same-day dispatch.

Eligible 14-Day Returns
Eligible consumer products may be returned within 14 calendar days from the in-store purchase date or carrier-confirmed delivery date, subject to an approved RMA and all published policy conditions.
Item Condition
Eligible items must be unopened, unused, unactivated, unregistered, and unbound where applicable, with original packaging, accessories, manuals, and included components.
Proof of Purchase
Proof of purchase and an approved RMA are required before sending or bringing back an eligible return.
Opened or Used Items
Opened, activated, registered, bound, installed, configured, flown, or otherwise used products are not eligible for change-of-mind returns or exchanges. SpeedyDrone does not offer a general opened-product return or restocking-fee program.
