DJI Dual-Battery Lifting System

A DJI lifting platform with space for two flight batteries, auto balance control, weighing support, and cable-cut emergency escape. On the DJI AGRAS T100, DJI specifies an 80 kg load capacity.

  • 80 kg T100 Load Capacity*
  • Dual-Battery Configuration
  • 10 m Standard Sling
  • Auto Balance & Weighing

Dual-battery capacity is 80 kg on T100—not 100 kg.

DJI specifies 80 kg for the AGRAS T100 Dual-Battery Lifting System. The T100's separate standard single-battery lifting module is rated at 100 kg. The 80 kg value includes lifting ropes and hooks, and the DJI Agras app may recommend a lower limit for the current aircraft, environment, altitude, and task.

Dual-Battery Endurance

Longer endurance with lifting-focused controls

The module accommodates two batteries simultaneously. DJI states that the dual-battery configuration provides longer endurance than the standard single-battery lifting configuration.

Auto Balance Control helps reduce payload swing, while the weighing function supports load monitoring. In an emergency, the fuse-based cable-cut escape function can separate the sling from the aircraft.

T100 Configuration Comparison

Payload versus endurance

DJI publishes different capacities and aircraft weights for the two AGRAS T100 lifting configurations.

Standard T100 Lifting Module

Single-Battery Configuration

  • Load capacity 100 kg
  • T100 configured weight 65 kg
  • Maximum takeoff weight 165 kg
  • Published dimensions 805 × 764 × 669 mm
This Product on T100

Dual-Battery Configuration

  • Load capacity 80 kg
  • T100 configured weight 90 kg
  • Maximum takeoff weight 170 kg
  • Published dimensions 805 × 960 × 669 mm

The aircraft-configuration weights and maximum takeoff weights are not standalone accessory weights. The app's recommended loading limit and all applicable operating restrictions still control each flight.

Core Functions

Designed for controlled lifting operations

01

Auto Balance Control

Supported in DJI's lifting workflow to help manage payload swing. Operators must still monitor the aircraft, cargo, and surrounding environment.

02

Weighing Support

The system supports weight measurement. If the aircraft is hovering unloaded and the displayed weight is not zero, DJI instructs the operator to complete tare calibration.

03

Cable-Cut Escape

DJI describes a fuse-based cable disconnection function for a quick emergency escape when the sling must be separated from the aircraft.

Official Specifications

T100 Weight with Dual-Battery Lifting System 90 kg — complete aircraft-configuration value, not accessory weight
T100 Maximum Takeoff Weight for Dual-Battery Lifting 170 kg — complete aircraft-configuration value

DJI's FlyCart 100 page writes the same overall dimensions as 960 × 805 × 669 mm, reversing the first two axes. For FlyCart 100, DJI separately states a maximum 85 kg aircraft payload in dual-battery mode. The T100 value remains 80 kg and must be used for AGRAS T100 operations.

Operation & Safety

Official lifting-system precautions

Never exceed the app limit

Loading capacity decreases with altitude and operating conditions. Use the lower limit shown by the DJI Agras or DJI Delivery app and never overload the aircraft.

Inspect the sling and hook

Before every use, confirm that the sling and hook are secure. Replace a sling immediately if it shows visible wear or cracking.

Use the correct attachment point

Attach the hook to the payload's designated knot or ring. DJI specifically warns not to use the lifting sling itself to tie the payload.

Control swing and wind exposure

Avoid cargo with a large windward surface and do not conduct lifting operations in strong wind. The T100 lift manual prohibits operation in wind speeds exceeding 6 m/s.

Maintain separation

Keep personnel at least 6 m from the aircraft and never load or unload directly beneath it. DJI's product information also instructs operators to keep the lifted payload at least 10 m above the ground during flight.

Manual obstacle planning is required

During T100 lift operations, the aircraft cannot automatically bypass obstacles. Plan task points and routes to avoid people, livestock, wires, trees, and other hazards.

IPX6 is a controlled-laboratory rating and is not permanent. Aging, wear, collision damage, broken seals, or unsecured waterproof covers can reduce protection. DJI states that water damage is not covered by the product warranty.

Purchase Scope

Confirm the carton before publication or sale

DJI's public Product Information document does not provide a text-based, itemized retail-box contents list for this system.

No unverified package claims

This listing is for the DJI Dual-Battery Lifting System. The aircraft, Intelligent Flight Batteries, charger, and other equipment are separate unless the SpeedyDrone product title, distributor invoice, and sealed carton explicitly state that they are included.

Frequently Asked Questions

Before you order

Is the T100 dual-battery lifting capacity 100 kg?

No. DJI specifies 80 kg for the T100 Dual-Battery Lifting System. The separate standard single-battery T100 lifting module is rated at 100 kg.

Does the 80 kg value include the sling and hook?

Yes. DJI states that the T100 lifting-system load capacity includes the weight of the lifting ropes and hooks. The DJI Agras app may recommend a lower operational load.

Which aircraft are officially compatible?

DJI's product information lists DJI FlyCart 100 and DJI AGRAS T100 as compatible aircraft.

Why does DJI list 85 kg for FlyCart 100?

DJI's FlyCart 100 documentation separately lists up to 85 kg in dual-battery mode. That is a FlyCart 100 aircraft value. Use the T100's published 80 kg value when the system is installed on an AGRAS T100.

What is the recommended sling length?

The supplied standard length is 10 m, and DJI recommends a 10–15 m sling. Replacement slings and hooks must meet DJI's published material, diameter, and strength requirements.

Does the system support weighing and auto balance control?

Yes. Both functions are supported. If the unloaded weight reading does not return to zero, follow DJI's tare-calibration procedure.

Does the system automatically avoid obstacles during a T100 lift task?

No. DJI's T100 lift manual states that the aircraft cannot automatically bypass obstacles during lift operations. The route and task points must be planned to avoid obstacles.

Are two DB2160 batteries included?

DJI's public Product Information document does not identify flight batteries as included. Treat batteries as sold separately unless the SpeedyDrone product title and invoice explicitly include them.
