Overview
DJI Care Refresh 2-Year Plan provides two years of protection for an eligible DJI Mini 5 Pro against accidental damage and natural wear. It includes up to four replacement services during the coverage period, including two that may be used for flyaway coverage. Applicable replacement fees and DJI Care Refresh terms apply.

Eligibility
For a first-time purchase, the aircraft must be new and unactivated or activated within the previous 48 hours. If it does not meet this requirement, DJI may require video verification; after approval, the plan must be purchased within 72 hours of DJI’s notice.
Flyaway Coverage Requirement
Before any flyaway incident, bind the aircraft to your DJI account and bind the remote controller to the aircraft. Flyaway replacement is unavailable if the required bindings were not completed or were removed before the incident.
Renewal
The 2-Year Plan cannot be used as a renewal plan. After this plan, an eligible customer may extend coverage with a 1-Year Plan before expiry or within 15 days after expiry, subject to DJI’s serial-number eligibility and maximum coverage period.
This Canadian plan is subject to the final DJI Care Refresh service agreement, regional availability, exclusions, and replacement fees.

Dispatch Time
Orders placed and fully paid before 3:00 PM ET on business days may be eligible for same-day dispatch if the item is in stock at our Toronto store.
Orders placed after 3:00 PM ET, or when the item is not currently in stock at our Toronto store, will be processed based on product availability and the applicable fulfillment timeline.
Pre-order, backorder, special-order, out-of-stock, and unavailable items are not eligible for same-day dispatch.

- QC / MB / SK / AB / BC: 2–3 business days
- Atlantic Canada: 3–5 business days
- NT / NU / YT: 3–10 business days, weather dependent

Orders typically ship with UPS, Purolator, or Canada Post depending on destination, parcel size, and service availability.

Tracking & Signature
Tracking is emailed automatically once the shipping label is created. Carrier updates may take a few hours to appear.
Most parcels ship with signature required by default for added security.

Eligible items may be available for pickup at SpeedyDrone Toronto. Pickup availability is shown on the product page near the buy box.
