A camera gets you the image. A useful kit helps you decide where to put it, how to work with the light, and what to do with the footage afterwards.
The DJI Osmo Pocket 4P Everyday Director Bundle starts with the Standard Combo and adds seven accessories for those everyday decisions. Think product introductions at a desk, a walking vlog, or a short food sequence: small productions with different practical needs.
The point of the selection is to give each item a job. Its value depends on whether you need those jobs covered—and whether the supplied parts fit your camera correctly.
Offer and specifications checked October 24, 2026. The bundle is listed at C$1,090.99. Physical fit has not been tested for this guide; the screen protector, silicone base and unspecified shoe adapter need confirmation before purchase.

Why We Created Everyday Director
An independent creator can move through several roles in an afternoon: presenter, camera operator, product stylist and editor. A handheld camera is useful for moving between them, but the supporting equipment determines how quickly a filming idea becomes a workable setup.
That is the thinking behind Everyday Director. Start with a camera for both people and details, then cover the repeated tasks around it: controlling bright light, recording files, placing the camera, organising the bag and using suitable supports.
Pocket 4P provides a wide camera and a separate tele camera, giving you different framing options without changing the entire setup. Its three-axis mechanical gimbal helps reduce camera shake. You still need deliberate framing, careful movement and a clear subject; accessories support those decisions.
What Standard already gives you
The foundation is the Pocket 4P Standard Combo. Alongside the camera, the current packing list includes a USB-C to USB-C PD cable, the Osmo Pocket 4 Handle With 1/4″ Thread, a DJI wrist strap, an Osmo Pocket 4 Fill Light and an Osmo Pocket Pro Portable Carrying Pouch.

Standard makes sense as the starting point when your priority is a compact camera and a practical everyday kit. A separate wireless microphone or remote control should be chosen around an actual recording need; neither is listed among this bundle’s seven extras. If that is your main decision, use our Pocket 4P Standard vs Vlog guide before choosing the base package.
Seven Accessories, Seven Practical Jobs
Here is where each addition earns its place—and where it needs a more precise check. The bundle’s current list is the reference for inclusion; a similar standalone accessory does not prove an exact part match.

01 / LIGHT
ND filters: work with bright outdoor light
A neutral-density filter reduces incoming light. It can help when you want to maintain your chosen exposure settings outdoors rather than let brightness dictate every setting.
For a walking sequence, first check exposure without a filter, then decide whether ND is needed. A dark filter left on for an indoor product take can make the next shot harder to expose.
The listing names a BRDRC ND/filter item and pictures a set. Confirm its exact contents, strengths and Pocket 4P mounting method. Do not assume every piece in a related standalone set is included.
02 / FILES
128GB microSD: give recordings a destination
The listed card is a Lexar Professional SILVER PLUS 128GB microSD. DJI includes this model and capacity in its recommended Pocket 4P card list.
Before an important shoot, check that the camera recognises the card and record a short clip in your intended mode. Review it, then establish a routine for copying footage to another device after filming.
128GB is a storage capacity, not a guaranteed recording duration. File size depends on recording settings. A card inside the camera is also your working storage, not a second copy of your footage.

03 / CAMERA POSITION
Mini tripod: repeat a fixed composition
A small tripod is useful when you need your hands in the shot or want several takes from the same position. A product introduction becomes easier to edit when the camera stays in place while you change the item or repeat a line.
The listed tripod has a 1/4″ mounting interface. The Standard Combo already supplies the threaded handle that provides the camera’s tripod connection. Confirm the actual tripod seats correctly on that handle, then check stability on a low, level surface before recording.

THE CONNECTION TO CHECK
This is the intended connection path, based on DJI’s handle guidance and the tripod’s listed interface. The specific assembled kit has not been physically tested for this guide.

04 / ORGANISATION
AEROVAULT soft bag: keep small parts together
Filters, a card case and supports are easier to manage when each has an assigned place. The AEROVAULT bag adds organised carrying space beyond the factory camera pouch.
Plan the packing order around access: camera protected first, small pieces secured separately, frequently used items easy to find. Check the real packed arrangement with the exact accessories you intend to carry. A soft bag should not be treated as a rigid protective case.
05 / SCREEN CARE
Screen protector: verify the cut before applying
A correctly fitted protector can provide a replaceable surface for everyday screen contact. The bundle currently calls this item a Pocket 3 screen protector, while the related standalone page uses Pocket 3/4 wording. Neither establishes Pocket 4P fit. Confirm dimensions, edge clearance and screen rotation before removing the adhesive backing.
06 / ACCESSORY PLACEMENT
Accessory shoe adapter: identify what actually mounts
A shoe adapter offers a physical attachment point for a suitable accessory. It does not, by itself, supply power or make a microphone communicate with the camera. The bundle does not identify the adapter model. Confirm the part, load instructions and clearance around controls, screen and gimbal before choosing anything to attach.
07 / DESKTOP RESTING
Silicone base: a place to set the camera down
A suitable base can help with resting the camera on an appropriate flat surface between takes. The related BRDRC base is labelled Pocket 3/4, so its fit on the larger Pocket 4P remains unverified. Check the actual footprint and stability, including any attached handle. Treat it as a separate placement option, not a substitute for an elevated filming support.
Three Videos You Can Make With This Kit
Start with a short sequence that has a clear beginning and end. The following are filming plans, not footage captured or equipment combinations tested by SpeedyDrone. Use only accessories whose fit you have confirmed.

PROJECT 01 / A PRODUCT INTRODUCTION
Let the object do some of the talking
After confirming the threaded-handle and tripod fit, place the camera at a useful desk height. Frame the presenter and product together, leaving room for hands to move without hiding the object. Use window light or evaluate the included fill light for the scene.
Record a short introduction, a clean close view and one action that explains the product. Keep the background simple and leave a brief pause before and after each action. The accessory shoe is optional, not a prerequisite for this video.
Review before moving on: Is the label or key detail legible? Are speech and handling sounds clear? Does the camera remain steady when you touch the desk?
PROJECT 02 / A WALKING VLOG
Build a route with three useful stops
Choose a clear pedestrian route and identify an opening location, one interesting detail and a closing view. Capture the spoken introduction while stationary, then add a short moving shot and a separate detail shot. Stop walking whenever you need to change settings or check playback.
Use the wide view when you want more surroundings in the frame. Check exposure before fitting ND; carry unused filters in their case. The bag earns its place when you can put the camera away without loose accessories pressing against it.
Review before leaving: Can the sequence explain where you are without a long voice-over? Check wind and voice intelligibility; this bundle does not list a separate wireless microphone.
PROJECT 03 / A TABLETOP STORY
Show one change, then the finished result
Choose a small food or product action: adding a garnish, opening a package or arranging an object. Film a wider setup, the action and a final detail. Move the camera to a safe oblique angle; do not improvise an overhead rig from the shoe adapter or silicone base.
Keep the background and light consistent between takes. If changing lenses or camera distance, check framing and focus again rather than assuming a closer view will match the previous shot. The card holds the takes; your backup routine protects the work.
Review before packing: Do you have a complete action and a clean final frame? Copy the selected clips into a named project folder and verify playback before clearing working storage.
Is Everything Compatible Out of the Box?
The current evidence is not sufficient to promise that every supplied accessory is ready to fit Pocket 4P. The camera’s factory contents and several named items are clear. The remaining checks concern exact part identity, attachment and physical clearance.
DJI’s Pocket 4P FAQ gives specific attachment guidance for its threaded handle and expansion adapter. That supports using the correct parts as instructed; it does not validate an unidentified third-party adapter. Equally, a Pocket 3 label alone does not prove either compatibility or incompatibility for every type of accessory.
| Included item | What is supported | What to confirm |
|---|---|---|
| BRDRC ND / filter item | Named in the bundle; related 4P filter product exists. | Exact pieces, strengths and attachment method. |
| Lexar 128GB card | Listed model appears in DJI’s recommended card list. | Delivered label, recognition and test recording. |
| Mini tripod | 1/4″ interface; Standard includes a threaded handle. | Actual seating, clearance and loaded stability. |
| AEROVAULT soft bag | Merchant explicitly lists Pocket 4P. | Protective packing with your complete kit. |
| Screen protector | Current naming refers to Pocket 3 / 4. | 4P dimensions and rotation before application. |
| Shoe adapter | Generic accessory name only. | Exact model, 4P fit and supported attachment. |
| BRDRC silicone base | Related product is labelled Pocket 3 / 4. | 4P footprint, ports and stability. |
At handover, ask to see the exact protector, shoe adapter and base beside the camera, then fitted where appropriate. Check screen movement and access to controls without forcing any connection. For the tripod, use the intended threaded handle and verify the assembly before leaving it unattended.
Also prepare what the seven-piece list does not cover: a suitable charging source, your chosen way to transfer files and a backup destination. Activate the camera through DJI Mimo as instructed in DJI’s beginner guide, then make a short test recording before a time-sensitive shoot.
Is the Everyday Director Bundle Worth It?
The right comparison starts with the same camera package. On October 24, 2026, the Everyday Director Bundle is listed at C$1,090.99, while SpeedyDrone’s black Pocket 4P Standard Combo is C$859. The difference is C$231.99, before any applicable taxes or delivery charges.

The price difference is verified. A complete, exact-match standalone basket total is not established.
That difference tells you what you are paying for the seven listed additions. It does not establish a cash saving against buying all seven separately. The unspecified shoe adapter and unresolved filter selection prevent a reliable like-for-like basket calculation. A displayed compare-at price is not a substitute for that calculation.
The bundle is most persuasive if you need storage, portable camera support and a carrying arrangement together, and the exact fitted parts are confirmed. It is less compelling if you already own suitable accessories or would leave several items unused. In that case, Standard plus a smaller selection can be the more deliberate purchase.
Choose around your next three videos. If those are a desk introduction, an outdoor sequence and a tabletop story, this list gives you a useful way to assess the kit. Confirm the outstanding parts, decide where your footage will be backed up, then put the equipment to work on a complete sequence.
