Choose Out the Door if you already have a Neo 2 RC-N3 setup and want carrying essentials and spares. Consider Into the Moment if you already own compatible goggles and want to add FPV stick control.
The two AEROVAULT kits cost C$203.99 and C$482.99 respectively. Neither includes the Neo 2 aircraft, goggles or Digital Transceiver. The more expensive kit adds DJI FPV Remote Controller 3 and uses a different case layout. It does not supply a complete Motion Fly More Combo.

Already Own a Neo 2? Start Here
Put your current equipment on the table before choosing a kit. Identify the aircraft, controller, goggles if you use them, Digital Transceiver, batteries and charging equipment. The useful question is which missing items would improve that setup, rather than which bundle name sounds more complete.
For these two SpeedyDrone products, Fly More and Motion describe the case configuration and intended existing setup. They do not mean you receive the equipment inside DJI's similarly named aircraft combos. Out the Door contains no controller. Into the Moment contains one FPV Remote Controller 3, but no goggles or RC Motion 3.
If your Neo 2 is currently used only with palm or phone control, either kit can still offer useful accessories. However, purchasing one does not by itself complete an RC-N3 or goggles-based flying system. Establish the control equipment you actually intend to use before spending on its carrying layout.
Already have a suitable case and enough spares? Keep them in your comparison. Buying a curated kit makes sense when its contents fill real gaps; owning a Neo 2 does not automatically create a need for another case or controller.
The purchase, item by item
What's Included in Each Accessory Bundle?
Both kits build around an AEROVAULT hard case, a landing pad and replacement supplies. Into the Moment adds the FPV controller. The current merchant product images below show the listed accessories; neither is a photograph of a complete drone system supplied with the kit.

| What you receive | Out the Door | Into the Moment |
|---|---|---|
| AEROVAULT hard case | 1, Fly More layout for the RC-N3 setup | 1, Motion layout for the specified goggles setup |
| BRDRC landing pad | 1 × 50cm folding pad, storage bag and four ground stakes | 1 × 50cm folding pad, storage bag and four ground stakes |

The extra battery is one battery added to what you already own. The landing pad supplies a defined surface for a suitable ground launch; it does not make a location safe or remove the need to assess it. The guard pair is a replacement set, not a second layer to install over existing guards.
Likewise, a charging hub visible in a case-layout picture demonstrates storage, not package contents. Neither accessory list includes a hub or power adapter, so keep your existing compatible charging equipment in the plan.
RC-N3 vs Goggles: What Do You Already Own?
Out the Door is aimed at an existing Neo 2 and RC-N3 arrangement. DJI's Neo 2 FAQ says to install the Neo 2 Digital Transceiver when flying with a remote controller or goggles. This module is separate from the controller and is excluded from both accessory kits.
For FPV Remote Controller 3 with Neo 2, DJI lists Goggles 3 or Goggles N3 as the supported goggles. Owning an unspecified DJI headset is not enough to establish compatibility. Match the exact names on your equipment and check the current DJI instructions for updating, linking and setting up that combination.
- Neo 2
- Digital Transceiver
- RC-N3 + compatible phone
Out the Door adds the Fly More-layout case, pad, one battery and replacement guards. It supplies none of the controller-system components above.
- Neo 2
- Digital Transceiver
- Goggles 3 or Goggles N3
- FPV Remote Controller 3
Into the Moment supplies the last item. The aircraft, module and supported goggles must already be available or purchased separately.
If you own Neo 2 with compatible goggles and RC Motion 3, adding FPV Remote Controller 3 gives you a stick-based control option. It does not mean RC Motion 3 is included again, nor that a phone-style RC-N3 arrangement can use the new controller without the required goggles.
For the broader distinction between phone, screen and goggles controls, see our DJI controller and bundle selection guide. Here, the decision is whether your existing Neo 2 system has the prerequisites for the accessory you are adding.
Is the FPV Remote Controller 3 Worth Adding?
The additional spend is worth considering when you have a specific reason to use FPV stick control, the supported goggles and transceiver are already accounted for, and you also want the Motion-layout carrying kit. It is harder to justify if you enjoy your current control method and mainly need a case and spare battery.

The difference between the two kits
C$482.99 − C$203.99 = C$279 at the checked prices. You are comparing different case layouts as well as the addition of FPV Remote Controller 3.
This is a bundle-to-bundle price difference, not a verified standalone price for the controller or a claim that you save C$279.
Consider the equipment you would otherwise need to buy separately. If you lack both goggles and a transceiver, the higher-priced accessory bundle leaves those purchases unresolved. If you already own FPV Remote Controller 3, it introduces a duplicate controller; a case-only or individually selected accessory purchase may serve you better.
For example, an owner who already flies through Goggles N3 with RC Motion 3 might want to learn a stick-based control routine. Into the Moment is relevant to that objective. An owner who simply wants easier packing for an RC-N3 weekend kit gains no immediate benefit from a controller they cannot use with their current equipment. These are illustrative buying situations, not customer test results.
The part the compatibility list cannot answer
Will Your Equipment Fit in the Case?
Electronic compatibility and physical storage are different checks. A supported controller or headset does not automatically fit a case's shaped insert. Use the exact case listing and the complete equipment list, including the extra battery you are about to add.

Fly More layout
Source: AEROVAULT product imagery hosted by SpeedyDrone. Empty insert shown; equipment is not included with the case.
- Listed size and weight
- 33 × 12 × 28cm; approximately 1.3kg.
- Specified arrangement
- Neo 2, RC-N3, three batteries, hub, Digital Transceiver and the listed smaller accessories.

Motion layout
Source: AEROVAULT product imagery hosted by SpeedyDrone. Empty and partial packing views illustrate the insert; shown equipment is not the bundle's included list.
- Listed size and weight
- 41 × 37 × 15cm; approximately 2.3kg.
- Specified arrangement
- Neo 2, Goggles N3, RC Motion 3, three batteries, hub, Digital Transceiver and listed smaller accessories.
The Motion case listing names Goggles N3. DJI's electronic compatibility with Goggles 3 does not confirm that Goggles 3 fits that N3-shaped compartment. Similarly, the standard Motion layout is described around RC Motion 3, not a guaranteed extra space for FPV Remote Controller 3.
Before ordering, write down your exact goggles and controller models, battery total and charging hub. Compare that list with the insert description rather than using the case exterior as evidence. If you need one-case storage for every item, ask SpeedyDrone to confirm your proposed packout. The layouts above are merchant-listed arrangements, not an independent hands-on packing test.
Which Neo 2 Accessory Kit Should You Buy?
Start with the working control system you already own. Then ask whether the kit's case, spare battery, replacement guards and pad are additions you would actually use.
I own Neo 2 + RC-N3
With the required Digital Transceiver already available, Out the Door is the first kit to consider for that carrying layout and support accessories. There is no need to pay for an FPV controller simply to obtain a spare battery or case.
C$203.99
I own supported goggles and want FPV sticks
Consider Into the Moment if you have Neo 2, its transceiver and Goggles N3 or Goggles 3, and want FPV Remote Controller 3. Check physical case fit separately, particularly with Goggles 3 or an extra controller.
C$482.99
I only own Neo 2
Choose the intended control system first. Neither accessory kit completes it. You may only need selected spares for palm/phone use, or may need to budget separately for a controller, module and supported goggles before choosing a carrying layout.
Keep a fourth route open: buy neither kit. If most listed items would duplicate equipment you already own, compare individual replacements or a case-only purchase. The best match is the configuration that fills your gaps, not automatically the one with the higher price.
FAQ: Before You Add an Accessory Kit
Does “Motion” mean RC Motion 3 is included?
No. Into the Moment includes FPV Remote Controller 3, a different controller. “Motion” identifies the case configuration. RC Motion 3, goggles and the aircraft are excluded.
Do I receive three new batteries with either kit?
No. Each accessory kit supplies one Neo 2 battery. The three-battery figure describes the case layout, not the number of batteries supplied. Add the single spare to your existing total when planning storage.
Should I add a microSD card for Neo 2?
No. DJI lists 49GB of internal storage for Neo 2 and states that external SD storage expansion is unsupported. Neither kit includes a card. Do not apply a goggles storage specification to the aircraft.
Will these kits solve a missing charger or hub?
No charging hub or power adapter is listed in either kit. Check your existing charging setup separately. A compartment for a hub is not a promise that a hub is supplied.
What if I already have propeller guards?
The included pair is for replacement when needed. Do not install it over the existing set. Decide whether keeping replacements on hand adds value alongside the other included accessories.
Build around the Neo 2 you already own.
Match the controller system first, then choose the case and accessories that fill the gaps. Review both buying routes before adding a kit.
