01 · MANIPULATION
Loading, unloading and placement
Evaluate workpiece picking, placement and machine-side transfer using force-controlled dual-arm operation.
AGIBOT
Flexible Manufacturing Robot
A wheeled, dual-arm general-purpose robot designed for flexible manufacturing—combining two seven-degree-of-freedom arms, four-wheel-drive mobility, multimodal perception and development interfaces for application-specific industrial workflows.
What is the AGIBOT A2-W?
AGIBOT positions A2-W for grabbing, placing, transporting and plugging tasks in flexible manufacturing. Its integrated chassis, arms and perception system is designed to support loading and unloading, terminal insertion, material transfer and other application-specific workflows.
Open interfaces and secondary-development tools support integration work, while hot-swappable batteries and autonomous charging support are intended to reduce manual intervention. Final tooling, software, workflow validation and commissioning remain project-specific.
Manufacturer-described applications
A2-W combines manipulation and mobile-base capabilities for workflows that span workstations, production lines and material routes.
01 · MANIPULATION
Evaluate workpiece picking, placement and machine-side transfer using force-controlled dual-arm operation.
02 · INSERTION
Assess terminal insertion and plugging tasks where perception, pose estimation and controlled manipulation work together.
03 · TRANSPORT
Connect work areas with four-wheel-drive navigation, material transport and mobile manipulation within a defined operating zone.
Application examples are not guaranteed turnkey skills. Workpiece, end-effector, workstation, safety, software and integration requirements must be validated for the quoted project.
Manufacturer-listed data
Values below are taken from the current official English product page. Conditions, tolerances and included configuration are not published for every value and must be confirmed for the final system.

“5 kg” is the official single-arm load; no combined dual-arm payload is inferred. AGIBOT writes “275T computing power” without defining TOPS or a benchmark, so the wording is preserved.
Integrated industrial capability
Two bionic seven-DoF arms support parallel and asynchronous operation, including workpiece relay and hand-off across different postures.
Zero-radius turning, crab walking and a lifting, tilting waist extend access across workstations and the human working envelope.
AGIBOT describes modular atomic capabilities, OTA iteration and data-driven optimization that allow the task skill library to expand over time.
A 360° LiDAR, four AI vision sensors and two six-dimensional force sensors support obstacle awareness, collision detection and force-controlled manipulation.
Hot-swappable batteries, autonomous charging support and manufacturer-described self-diagnosis and recovery mechanisms are designed to reduce planned and unplanned interruptions. Battery quantity and charging equipment are confirmed in the written quotation.

Canada project and procurement questions
AGIBOT positions A2-W as a wheeled general-purpose robot for flexible manufacturing. The official examples include grabbing, placing, loading, unloading, terminal plugging and logistics transportation. Each application still requires workflow and site validation.
The current official specification lists a 5 kg single-arm load. A combined dual-arm payload is not published and should not be inferred from that value.
AGIBOT describes 22 total degrees of freedom and seven degrees of freedom per arm. The waist supports elevation and tilt.
The official page lists four-wheel drive, zero turning radius and crab-walking capability for movement and positioning around workstations.
The current page lists a 360° LiDAR, four AI vision sensors and two six-dimensional force sensors. It also describes arm collision detection and redundant perception and control.
AGIBOT lists up to five hours of runtime, a 2 kWh battery and approximately two hours of charging. Hot-swappable battery replacement and autonomous charging are supported, but real runtime depends on the workflow and operating conditions.
The current product page does not publish a packing list. Battery quantity, charging equipment, end effectors, developer tools, software licences and accessories must be confirmed in the written quotation.
Pricing depends on robot quantity, end effectors, batteries, charging equipment, software, application development, integration, delivery, commissioning and support. Request a written Canadian project quotation from SpeedyDrone Canada.
