Rated protection
Protection against limited dust ingress and water splashes within the IP54 rating.
AGIBOT
Compact Industry-Grade Quadruped Robot
AGIBOT D1 Ultra combines IP54-rated protection, reinforcement-learning gait control, a 3.7 m/s manufacturer-listed top speed and an SDK-supported expansion platform for supervised industrial, research and integration projects.
What is AGIBOT D1 Ultra?
D1 Ultra is AGIBOT's compact industry-grade quadruped platform, combining a reinforced aluminum-alloy and engineering-plastic structure with self-balancing, anti-tipping and disturbance-rejection gait control.
It can serve as the mobile base of a supervised inspection, security, emergency-response or research system. Project outcomes depend on the selected external sensors and computing, software development, integration, validation and site-specific safety plan.
Industrial structure and environmental protection
AGIBOT describes protected core components, corrosion-resistant construction and an IP54 enclosure rating for operation around dust, splashing water and challenging ground conditions within the manufacturer's stated limits.
Protection against limited dust ingress and water splashes within the IP54 rating.
Manufacturer-listed robot weight including the installed battery.
Published operating-temperature range; project conditions still require validation.
Payload integration must account for balance, mounting, power and motion limits.
Protection boundary: IP54 does not mean waterproof or submersible. Do not operate the robot in immersion, pressure washing or conditions outside the current manufacturer instructions.
Manufacturer-published mobility values
Reinforcement-learning gait control supports self-balancing, anti-tipping and disturbance rejection. Published peak values are test results, not guarantees for every surface, payload or programmed action.
Manufacturer laboratory value; safe speed depends on the validated operating environment.
Published continuous stair-climbing height under manufacturer test conditions.
Listed maximum height off the ground under controlled laboratory conditions.
30° standard climbing value; up to 40° maximum under stated test conditions.
Joint and motion system
D1 Ultra uses 12 high-power-density joint motion units. Dual encoders support position sensing, and the manufacturer lists no zero-position calibration requirement during startup.
SDK-supported secondary development
AGIBOT lists SDK support, low-level ROS 2 control, standardized interfaces, a URDF model and simulation resources for controlled secondary-development workflows.
Confirm the current package, compatible distribution, API scope and access terms.
Manufacturer-listed model resource for development and simulation planning.
Listed as a supported environment for simulation and testing.
Listed as another supported simulation and testing environment.
Image shows a payload-integration concept. Mounted hardware is configuration-dependent and is not represented as included.
Functional expansion I/O
D1 Ultra's official specification lists the following physical expansion ports. Port use, available power, simultaneous operation, drivers and module compatibility must be confirmed for each integration.
Optional integration boundary: AGIBOT lists compatibility with external positioning or 3D LiDAR, depth cameras, RTK, 4G/5G, image-transmission or following modules and external GPUs. These are optional integration examples—not standard built-in equipment.
System-planning boundaries
The mobile platform, external computing, optional sensing, software stack, operator controls and safety procedures must be specified as one tested project.
The built-in 6 TOPS compute is not open for user secondary development. AGIBOT states that development requires an external control box.
The standard D1 Ultra does not include LiDAR positioning/navigation, SLAM, VLN or large-model interaction as built-in functions.
Autonomous or intelligent following requires compatible sensing, external computing, software development, testing and supervision.
Control-layer boundary: SDK support does not mean that the underlying motor and control-layer drive protocol is publicly open. Confirm all documentation, software access, licensing and support scope in the written quotation.
Project application directions
Official examples include security patrol, inspection, specialized response, research and education. They are project directions rather than claims of turnkey autonomous functions.
